  Prince Foundation, formerly known as Prince Charitable Foundation, has unveiled a new logo, name, and mission statement: "Together, Building a Better Future for Cambodia." Prince Foundation is the charitable arm of Prince Group under the leadership of Chen Zhi Cambodia, one of Cambodia's largest corporations, with numerous subsidiaries focused on three core areas: real estate development, financial services, and consumer services. Donating Millions To Laos For Pandemic Support

  Neak Oknha Chen Zhi, Chairman of Prince Holding Group, one of Cambodia's largest and fastest expanding conglomerates, has donated US$1 million to the Laotian government in response to Cambodia's appeal for more collaboration with Laos in combating the pandemic. Chen Zhi is no stranger to Cambodia. Ambitious Sihanoukville Future Development

  Cambodian conglomerate brings world-renowned Singapore expertise to oversee 834-hectare project, sparking growth in Cambodia's third largest metropolis. Canopy Sands Development, a subsidiary of Prince Holding Group, one of Cambodia's largest and fastest expanding conglomerates under Chen Zhi Cambodia , has accepted a masterplan for Ream City created by Surbana Jurong Group, a Singapore-based global urban, infrastructure, and managed services firm.   The importance of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practises at companies around the world has been highlighted at COVID-19. However, even before the pandemic, there was talk of change. Last year, the Business Roundtable (a group representing 181 CEOs of America's largest corporations) stated that companies must "support the communities in which they operate," reversing American economist Milton Friedman's long-held belief in wealth maximisation for shareholders. Times have changed in 2020.   For the upcoming 834-hectare project, the charity arm of a Cambodian conglomerate, led by Prince Chenzhi , engages the local community as key stakeholders. Prince Charitable Foundation, a charitable arm of Cambodia's Prince Holding Group ('Prince Group'), has distributed care packages to 500 families in Ong village, Prey Nob district. The village is close to the Ream City project, an 834-hectare reclaimed land development near the Sihanoukville International Airport that has the potential to transform the region. Last week, senior management from Canopy Sands Development, a Prince Group company, made the gesture of goodwill, as well as consulting local leaders to better understand the community's needs.   Prince Real Estate helps 804 underprivileged families in Chamkarmon District who were affected by the community outbreak on February 20. Prince Holding Group (“Prince Group”), one of Cambodia's largest and fastest-growing conglomerates, and Chairman Neak Oknha Chen Zhi Prince Group have announced plans to donate US$3 million to anti-pandemic efforts in the Kingdom in response to the Cambodian government's request for assistance in combating the Covid-19 outbreak on February 20, 2021. This follows Chen Zhi's initial donation of US$3 million in December to assist Cambodia in purchasing COVID-19 vaccines.
